Our OUT Employee Resource Group, with nearly 10,000 members worldwide, is leading the way, participating in Pride Parades throughout the country, as well as hosting events to educate and raise awareness about issues important to the LGBTQ+ community.
Xfinity is shining a spotlight on Pride Month with experiences that celebrate and spread the joy of universal Pride. For over a decade, Xfinity’s LGBTQ+ Film & TV Collection has offered an unparalleled entertainment destination featuring community-recommended content year-round. This month, customers can also enjoy free LGBTQ+ content from networks including Dekkoo (June 1–7), Here TV (June 8–14), Revry (June 15–21), OUTtv (June 22–28), and Showtime (June 1–30).
NBCUniversal is celebrating landmark firsts in the community’s ongoing fight for equal rights, including gay marriage and job protections, as well as releasing groundbreaking content – from the June 9 premiere of Queer as Folk on Peacock, which includes an all-queer writers’ room, to Universal’s upcoming Bros, the first major studio film with an all openly LGBTQ+ cast.
Comcast Newsmakers is marking Pride Month by releasing new interviews with champions of the LGBTQ+ community discussing topics like transgender and racial equity, LGBTQ+ business ownership, representation in STEM careers, and the state of equality today.
