The Minnesota High Tech Association (MHTA) celebrated the 2017 Tekne Awards Wednesday evening, November 15, at the Minneapolis Convention Center, where Comcast was proud to serve as the Red Carpet sponsor. MHTA recognized 13 recipients from across the state whose innovative drive and focus helps improve the lives of individuals, our communities and Minnesota’s economy. Comcast is honored to have received a finalist nomination in the Community Impact category for its Internet Essentials high-speed Internet adoption program. Comcast was also pleased to present the official Innovation Toast for the evening’s festivities; Fraser Stirling, Sr. Vice President of Product and Hardware Management from Comcast’s Philadelphia headquarters led the celebration.
