Business of the Year: Chamber Award Highlights Regional Commitment to Connectivity

The Comcast Midwest Region has been named the 2025 Business of the Year award recipient by the SouthWest Metro Chamber of Commerce at its Annual Gala Celebration in Chanhassen, Minn.

“We want to thank Comcast-Midwest Region for their partnership with the SouthWest Metro Chamber of Commerce. Their mission of creating a more connected community is just one of the many ways the Chamber is continuing to grow and adapt in Eastern Carver County,” the Chamber said in a statement.

“The award showcases Comcast’s commitment to be in our community, putting names to faces and offering valuable events in our community to show their commitment to safe and reliable communication — from simple phone calls to implementing new fiber within the Chanhassen area. Comcast wants to keep residents informed and connected,” the Chamber said.

The Chamber also noted the grand opening of the Xfinity storefront in Chanhassen in September was “another great way to showcase commitment in our community, with a storefront open to answer questions and relay important information and products to residents and businesses to let them run smoothly and efficiently.”
